To comply with the SIM Registration Act in the Philippines, all Globe SIM users need to register their SIM before use. Globe SIM registration can be done online at Globe’s official portal (new.globe.com.ph/simreg). Users can also register their SIM using the GlobeOne app or by going to the nearest Globe store.

Globe Sim Registration (Online Steps)
Before registration, you will need the following accurate data along with a valid ID (link below).
Type new.globe.com.ph/simreg (Official Globe link) in your browser.

- Enter your 10-digit mobile number and click on Register.
- You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for verification. Verify your number by entering the OTP.
- Now, fill out the form by entering your first name, middle name, last name, birthday, sex, nationality, address, and all mandatory fields.
- Upload your selfie and a valid ID. Make sure your uploaded file size is less than 2MB to avoid errors.

- Agree to the policy, check the box, and click Next.
- Your registration will be completed, and you will see a reference number.
Copy the reference number in case you need assistance from Globe support.
Sim Registration Globe Via GlobeOne App
- First, go to the Play Store and search for the GlobeOne app.
- Download and install the GlobeOne app.
- Now, click on “Create New Account.”
- Enter your Globe number and click “Continue.”
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile phone.
- Verify the OTP by entering the code you received.
- You can also secure your Globe profile by adding a pattern password.
- Click on “Agree” to accept the terms and conditions.
- Now, enter your nickname and tap on the “Let’s Go” option.
- You will see “Unregistered” just beneath My Globe.
- To start the registration process, click on Register Now as shown in the picture.
- Tap on the My Globe option and click Next.
- Now, allow the app to take pictures while using it.
- Accept the policy and verify your number using the OTP.
- After verification, fill out your personal information, such as your name and birthday.
- In the “Registration Type” option, choose SIM Owner, Parent/Guardian, or Representative according to your situation.
- Then, enter your local address in the registration form, including your house number, building number, province, city, and ZIP code, as shown below.
- Make sure all the provided information is correct, then click Next.
- Now, verify your identity by uploading your ID and a selfie photo.
- Ensure that your image size is not more than 5MB.
- If the image size exceeds 5MB, you will see an error.
- To fix this, compress your image or take a screenshot to reduce the file size.
- After uploading your selfie and legal ID, tick the checkbox to confirm that all the provided information is correct.
- Now, tap on the Submit button.
- You will see your reference number and will also receive a confirmation message within 24 hours.
- In most cases, you will receive the message immediately, and your SIM will be registered after submitting the form.

How to Change Globe Sim Details?
Its very simple to update or change your globe sim details
- Go to new.globe.com.ph/simreg
- Click “View or edit your details.” Its situated below the box where you enter number during registration
- Enter your 11-digit mobile number.
- Select “Update Information” and update details (name, ID, address, etc.).
- Confirm changes like accurate spellings and submit.
- Enter the OTP sent to your number to complete the update.

- Set up your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi device.
- Download the GlobeOne app and create an account.
- Enroll your Prepaid WiFi number and click “Register your SIM now.”
- Fill in your Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
- Upload a valid government ID and take a selfie.
- Agree to the terms and submit the form.
- Enter the OTP sent to your number (valid for 5 minutes).
- Receive a confirmation message once registered.
- Open the GlobeOne app and log in.
- Select your Prepaid WiFi account and click “Register your SIM now.”
- Fill in your details and upload a valid ID and selfie.

Register MyFi
- Set up your MyFi device and connect your phone to its WiFi.
- Open a browser and go to http://192.168.8.1/ then log in.

- Connect your phone to your MyFi WiFi.
- Open a browser, go to http://192.168.8.1/, and log in.
- Click Device then Messages, then open the registration link.
- Enter your MyFi number and tap Register.
- Check your inbox for the OTP and enter it.
- Fill in your personal details (Name, Birthday, etc.).
- Upload a selfie and a valid ID. Agree to the terms and tap Submit.
- Save your reference number.
- Wait for a confirmation message.

- Go to https://new.globe.com.ph/port-number and click on switch to globe button
- Now provide all details
- After submitting request you will be converted to globe within 48 hours
- After shifting you can also call landline using globe.
