How to Redeem points in Globe?

You can redeem points using the GlobeOne App by simply opening it, tapping the Rewards section, and redeeming your reward points. You can also redeem points by dialing *143#. Let’s discuss both methods one by one.

Before redeeming reward points, you must complete Globe SIM Registration and TM SIM Registration to access all offers provided by Globe Telecom.

Redeem Reward Points via GlobeOne App

Step 1: Open the GlobeOne App and log in.

Step 2: Click on “Rewards” at the bottom section.

Step 3: Scroll down to find the “Rewards Catalog” and tap it.

Step 4: Click on the “Globe Products” option at the top.

Step 5: Choose any promo available for reward points.

Step 6: On the next page, click the “Redeem” button.

Step 7: You will receive a confirmation message from 4438.

Redeem Points via 143#

1. Dial *143# and enter “9” for rewards.
2. Enter “3” to redeem points.
3. Enter “1” for Telco products.
4. Choose a promo from the list and enter the corresponding number.
5. Enter “2” to confirm the redeem option.
6. Click on the “Send” button.

Note: Globe Telecom does not allow point redemption by directly sending a text message to any code. Beware of false information regarding this on the internet.
