Smart Sim Registration Steps
Whether you are using a mobile or desktop (PC), you need to go to the official link to submit your details. Below is the step-by-step guide to register a Smart or TNT SIM.

- First of all, go to the official Smart registration website by clicking the button below.
- Enter your 11-digit Smart or TNT number in the box as shown below.
- Read the terms and conditions carefully, and then check the box to agree with the terms.
- Now, click on the “Send OTP” option. You will receive a code on your mobile for confirmation. An OTP is a one-time password used for verification.
- After verification, the next step is to choose the type of registration. If you are a new user, select “New SIM Registration”; if existing, select “Existing SIM Registration.”
- Now, enter your nationality, such as Filipino.
- Upload any valid ID from the valid list. Make sure all the documents you upload are clear and not too large in size.
- Upload your ID card and also enter your ID card number. Make sure your ID card photos are clear and visible to avoid any errors.
- The camera will open, and you will need to scan your face for verification. You can also upload a clear selfie.
- Now, fill out the form by adding details like your first name, middle name, last name, birthdate, gender, address, and other required information.
Now, recheck all your information, including your name and spellings, to avoid future errors. After verifying, tick the box confirming all details are correct and press submit.
After submitting all details, a control number will appear. Save this number as shown below, as it will serve as your certificate of registration.

Smart and TNT networks give their customers the privilege to register their SIMs at their convenience. Verification and Approval Time
Once you submit your application form, the verification process will begin. After successful verification, you will receive a message or call on your mobile confirming activation. Approval may take up to 24 hours.
Conditions For Minors

Registration Failed Solutions
During the registration process, minor errors may occur, leading to SIM registration failure. Common issues include incorrect details and uploading an image larger than 2MB. Here are some solutions:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection during registration.
- Upload a clear, non-blurry image of your documents.
- Ensure your camera settings are on low resolution before taking the picture.
- The image size should be under 2MB; use a compression tool if needed.
- Taking a screenshot of your image can also reduce its size.
- Enter the correct personal details, including SIM number, ID number, and address.
- Make sure you upload a clear picture of your documents. There should be no blurriness in ID documents.
- Before taking the picture, make sure your camera settings are on low resolution.
- Your picture size should be less than 2MB. You can use any compression tool to minimize your photos.
- Alternatively, you can also take a screenshot of your picture to reduce its size.
- Enter the correct personal details, such as SIM number, ID card number, and address.
- Make sure you have a proper internet connection.
Smart Bro Home Wifi Sim Registration
First, get your Smart Bro Wi-Fi number from the Smart Bro SIM card, pocket Wi-Fi screen, or the sticker on the back of the device, as shown below.
Step 2: Transfer your pocket Wi-Fi SIM from the device to your mobile phone to receive the OTP.
Step 3: For Home Wi-Fi, connect your device to the home Wi-Fi signal. Open 192.168.1.1 in your web browser, enter your password, and go to the SMS tab to view your OTP.

Who Should Register smart or TNT Card
Anyone who purchases a new SIM must register it immediately after purchase. All postpaid SIM customers are required to register through an online application form. In the Philippines, an unregistered SIM will not function and will be blocked from use.
