If you want to register your SIM using an app, the GlobeOne app is made for you. Just download and install the app, then register your Globe SIM or TM SIM in a few simple steps.
The app is available for Android users on the Play Store and for iOS users on the App Store. Below are the steps to register your SIM using the GlobeOne app
How to Register Globe Sim in Globeone App
- Open the Google Play Store, search for the GlobeOne app, and install it on your device.
- Launch the app and tap “Create New Account.” Enter your Globe mobile number and hit “Continue.”
- You’ll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS. Enter this code to confirm your number. For added security, consider setting up a pattern password for your profile.
- Agree to the app’s terms and conditions. Next, choose a nickname and tap “Let’s Go” to proceed.
- Look for the “Unregistered” status under My Globe. Tap “Register Now” to begin.
- When prompted, allow the app to access your camera. This lets you upload photos later for verification.
- Review Globe’s privacy policy, then verify your number again using a new OTP sent to your phone.
- Provide your full name, birthdate, and select your registration type:
- SIM Owner
- Parent/Guardian
- Representative
- Enter your complete local address, including house/building number, province, city, and ZIP code. Double-check for accuracy before tapping “Next.”
- Snap or upload a photo of your valid government ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
- Take a clear selfie.
- Ensure files are under 5MB. If they’re too large, resize them or take a screenshot to reduce the size.
- Tick the confirmation box to certify your details are correct. Hit “Submit” to finalize your registration.
- You’ll receive a reference number instantly and a confirmation SMS within 24 hours. Most users get approved right away
