DITO SIM Registration
To protect your information and data, it is necessary to register your new DITO SIM in 2025. Simply access the registration page using the button below, fill in your information as required by the government, and submit it.
All prepaid, postpaid, and foreign national users must register their SIM cards to activate outgoing and incoming calls, internet access, and the ability to send and receive messages. They can also receive bonus data as a reward.
All Steps of DITO Registration
Step 1: Download and install the MyDITO app from the Play Store or App Store.

Step 2: Open the DITO app, sign in by entering your DITO number, and then click on the banner that says, “Register your SIM card now.”
Step 3: Alternatively, click directly on the “Register your DITO SIM Card” button.
Step 4: Choose the “Register my DITO Number” option and click the “Proceed” button.
Step 5: On the next screen, read the important notes on registration, which are provided in accordance with the SIM Registration Act in the Philippines, and then click “Start Registration.”
Step 6: First, select your identity type. In most cases, it is “Filipino Individual.”
Step 7: Then, enter your phone number. After entering your SIM card number, request an OTP PIN and wait for it.
Step 8: Copy the OTP code and paste it into the required field.
Step 9: Enter your first name, complete all the details, and don’t forget to input your date of birth.
Step 10: Next, select your gender—male, female, or non-binary.
Step 11: Choose the government ID you will use.
Step 12: Enter your ID number, house number, street name, province, barangay, and zip code.
Step 13: Attach a photo of your ID. After that, take a photo of yourself holding the ID.
Step 14: Click “Check,” upload, and agree to the terms.
Step 15: Then, submit by clicking the “Register” button. And there you have it—your SIM card registration is complete. For new subscribers, your SIM will be activated shortly.

Requirements and ID card Validation
You must have a valid ID card as required by the Philippine government, following the official list of requirements for ID card validation.
Form Filing Requirements
For subscribers its mandatory to add your full name, date of birth, gender, and present address according to your Philippines ID Card
If you are minor or under 18 age you have to process SIM Registration under the name of parents/ guardian’s National ID Card. and its mandatory that your parents/guardian consent will be included in this.
For business registration you have to process it under SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration, and Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Board Designated Resolution.
Tourists must register their DITO SIMs with their Passport, current Address in the Philippines and Return Ticket with Departure Date/Time from the Philippines as Proof
Foreigners can register their SIMs Passport and there is requirements of Address in the Philippines, Bureau of Immigration (BI) issued Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACRI Card), Visa-issuing agency issued official ID, School registration and ID for students, and For Persons of Concern or POCs, travel or admission document issued by the Department of Justice.
